Delivery Information

Next Day Delivery!

We use a next day service as standard for small deliveries of our products, with most of our orders dispatching the same day if ordered and paid for before mid-day.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
Same day dispatch is not guaranteed, pallets need to be booked in advanced and generally take an extra day to dispatch.

Important information, please read:

We can usually offer a next day delivery for all orders placed and confirmed before midday.
Urgent Order? Please contact us by telephone to place your order.
AM or a Weekend delivery required? Please enquire for a quotation.
We send our goods by courier & pallet network companies so we do rely on a 3rd party to deliver you goods on time. We advise that you do not have workers relying on a delivery as mistakes and problems do happen, even if they are rare.

When Receiving Your Item:

Drivers are usually alone so please have an able bodied person available to help unload.
All goods must be checked, if any damage is found the drivers docket must be signed as “DAMAGED”.
If a drivers docket is signed as “unchecked” or “unexamined” then all goods are considered to be delivered in perfect condition and no claim can later be entered into. Our haulage insurance is only valid if goods are signed for as “Damaged”.
If you are unsure please contact us BEFORE you sign.
Goods can not be left without a signature and a redelivery charge may be applied at your cost.

You are also welcome to collect from our warehouse in Lawford.
